How does Remote Consultation work?
Customers who wish to take part in a promotional event at a Calia Italia retailer can book their appointment by telephone and are then contacted by the retailer. In this way they will receive the same care and advice they would have enjoyed with a visit to the store.
The available ways of getting in touch are all those that are offered by modern technology and can be chosen by the client and consultant according to the type and purpose of the consultancy.
For example, customers can choose to have a telephone or video call, during which an expert can provide all the information of the models available in the shop.
But that’s not all! Through instant messaging or e-mail, customers can receive information material regarding the models they are interested in, such as catalogues, brochures or other materials. At the same time, they can also send the consultant images of the environment in which they would like to place their new sofa in order to obtain a complete consultation regarding which model, colour and upholstery to choose.
